AQUAMARIN.50678 at the festival "Sommer Köln"

Urban Installation and Performance Project
July 5-9, 2015 in the Rheinauhafen area at the Crane Houses

AQUAMARIN.50678 is an aesthetic confrontation with the element of water. No matter how efficiently the water industry manages and regulates the way we deal with water, we maintain an unshakably sensual relationship with H2O. It catches our attention, awakens our curiosity and lights up our passion.
Together with an ensemble of five dancers and a sound artist, Angie Hiesl + Roland Kaiser intervene in a strangely poetic manner in the Rheinauhafen area.

AQUAMARIN.50678 had its Cologne premiere in summer 2015 as part of a collaboration with the SOMMER KÖLN Festival. It was first performed in Düsseldorf in 2014 as one of the projects selected to mark 25 years of the Kunststiftung NRW (Arts Foundation of North Rhine-Westphalia). This institution again generously supported the premiere in Cologne.
